Serving as an almost exclusively residential area, Warson Woods is a private and serene community. Situated near Lindbergh Boulevard and Manchester Road, the neighborhood is relatively compact in size. It is located about 12 miles southwest of St. Louis, making it an exceptionally suitable place to reside for commuters.
Houses in Warson Woods are modest and comfortable. Ranch-style properties are predominant, with select parts of the community having larger homes. Front and backyards are spacious and are beautifully landscaped. Well-established and undisturbed, this neighborhood has become a highly desirable locale over the decades.
