Bailey grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and went to school and played soccer at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri. She studied Convergent Journalism and started her career in TV Broadcasting. She moved to St. Louis in Fall 2020 and started with the Dooley Rowe Network as their Marketing Director. She also obtained her real estate license in Fall 2020 to better assist the team and their clients.

Bailey is very creative, strategic, and skillful in working towards the team's marketing goals. She always strives towards providing the highest standard of service for the team's clients to help deliver an unmatched real estate experience.
